TELEPHONE ISSUES: We have been experiencing phone line problems since Friday 23rd of June. Some customers have reported being unable to speak to us when phoning in, particularly when calling from mobile phones on certain networks - the line sounds as though it is ringing out. However, the phone does not ring at all on our end. In this instance, please try calling us from a landline phone or contact us via email. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and have assurances from our telecoms provider that they hope to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
